Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Active 3 Premium account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the items are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for real-time updates.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
